Instructions

  1. Sprinkle gelatin over 1/2 cup cold champagne and let bloom for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat remaining champagne with sugar until sugar dissolves (do not boil).
  3. Whisk hot champagne into bloomed gelatin until dissolved.
  4. Add lemon juice and vodka.
  5. Pour into silicone mold or shot cups.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
