Champagne Jello Shot

- 1½ cupchampagne
- 2 envelopeunflavored gelatin
- 3 tbspgranulated sugar
- 2 tbspfresh lemon juice
- ½ cupvodka
- edible gold stars, lemon twistgarnish
- 1Sprinkle gelatin over 1/2 cup cold champagne and let bloom for 5 minutes.
- 2Heat remaining champagne with sugar until sugar dissolves (do not boil).
- 3Whisk hot champagne into bloomed gelatin until dissolved.
- 4Add lemon juice and vodka.
- 5Pour into silicone mold or shot cups.
- 6Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- 7Garnish with gold sugar sprinkles before serving.
