- ΒΎ cupwater(hot)
- 2 envelopeunflavored gelatin
- Β½ cupespresso(cooled, or 2 tbsp instant espresso in 1/2 cup water)
- Β½ cupvodka
- ΒΌ cupkahlua
- πthree coffee beans(garnish)

Instructions
- Sprinkle gelatin over cooled espresso in a bowl. Let bloom 5 minutes.
- Heat water until boiling and pour over gelatin mixture.
- Whisk until gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Let cool 3 minutes.
- Add vodka and Kahlua, stirring to combine.
- Pour into shot cups.
- Refrigerate 4 hours until set.
- Garnish with three coffee beans.
