Frozen rose wine slushie in batch form—the ultimate summer refresher
- 2 bottlesdry rose wine
- 1 cupfresh strawberries(hulled)
- ½ cupsimple syrup
- ¼ cupfresh lemon juice
- 1Pour rose wine into shallow pan and freeze until slushy, about 4-6 hours
- 2Blend frozen rose with strawberries, simple syrup, and lemon juice
- 3Pour into punch bowl
- 4Mixture should be slushy consistency
- 5Add more frozen rose if too liquid
- 6Garnish with fresh strawberries and mint
- 7Serve immediately in wine glasses
