Moscow Mule Jello Shot
Zesty ginger beer meets smooth vodka and fresh lime in this gelatin rendition of the beloved copper mug classic—refreshing with a pleasant ginger kick.
- 1¼ cupginger beer
- 2 envelopeunflavored gelatin
- ½ cupvodka
- 2 tbspfresh lime juice
- lime wedgegarnish
- 1Sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup cold ginger beer and let bloom for 5 minutes.
- 2Heat remaining ginger beer until simmering.
- 3Pour hot ginger beer over bloomed gelatin and whisk until dissolved.
- 4Add vodka and lime juice, stirring to combine.
- 5Pour into shot cups.
- 6Refrigerate for at least 3 hours until set.
- 7Garnish with lime wedge before serving.
