  • ¾ ozbourbon
  • 1 ozfresh lemon juice
  • ¼ ozsimple syrup
  • 1 wholeegg white
  • Lemon twist, cocktail cherrygarnish
Instructions
  1. 1Add amaro, bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a shaker without ice.
  2. 2Dry shake vigorously for 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
  3. 3Add ice and shake again for another 15 seconds until well-chilled.
  4. 4Double strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
  5. 5Garnish with a lemon twist and a cocktail cherry.
