Boozy Shamrock Shake
The McDonald's Shamrock Shake grew up — vanilla vodka and crème de menthe blended with vanilla ice cream and Irish cream into a festive green frozen cocktail.
- 1½ ozvanilla vodka
- 1 ozcreme de menthe
- 1 ozirish cream liqueur
- 2 ozvanilla ice cream
- 1 ozwhole milk
- Whipped cream, maraschino cherry, mint spriggarnish
- 1Set the vanilla ice cream out for 3–5 minutes to soften slightly before blending.
- 2Add the vanilla vodka, crème de menthe, Irish cream liqueur, vanilla ice cream, and milk to a blender.
- 3Blend until completely smooth. Add a splash more milk if the mixture is too thick to blend easily.
- 4Pour into a tall chilled glass.
- 5Top with whipped cream and garnish with a maraschino cherry and a sprig of fresh mint. Serve with a straw.
