  • 4 ozhot water
  • ozfresh lemon juice
  • 1 ozsimple syrup(to taste)
  • 2 ozsparkling water(optional)
  • 🍋lemon wheel and edible flowers(garnish)

Instructions

  1. Steep butterfly pea flowers in hot water for 5 minutes.
  2. Strain and let cool completely.
  3. Fill a glass with ice.
  4. Add simple syrup and lemon juice.
  5. Pour blue tea over - watch it change to purple.
  6. Top with sparkling water if desired.
  7. Garnish with lemon wheel.
