Instructions

  1. Combine milk and all spices in a small saucepan
  2. Whisk well to combine
  3. Heat over medium-low until steaming
  4. Simmer gently for 5 minutes, whisking occasionally
  5. Remove from heat and stir in honey
  6. Strain if desired and serve warm with a dash of cinnamon
