  • 1 tspground turmeric
  • ½ tspground ginger
  • ¼ tspground cinnamon
  • 1 pinchblack pepper
  • 1 tbsphoney(or maple syrup)

  1. 1Combine milk and all spices in a small saucepan
  2. 2Whisk well to combine
  3. 3Heat over medium-low until steaming
  4. 4Simmer gently for 5 minutes, whisking occasionally
  5. 5Remove from heat and stir in honey
  6. 6Strain if desired and serve warm with a dash of cinnamon
