Instructions
- Combine milk and all spices in a small saucepan
- Whisk well to combine
- Heat over medium-low until steaming
- Simmer gently for 5 minutes, whisking occasionally
- Remove from heat and stir in honey
- Strain if desired and serve warm with a dash of cinnamon
