- 1 cupcoffee(hot)
- Β½ cupirish whiskey
- 2 tbspbrown sugar
- 2 tbspheavy cream(for topping)
- πwhipped cream, cocoa powder(garnish)

Instructions
- Dissolve gelatin and brown sugar in hot coffee.
- Let cool for 3 minutes.
- Add Irish whiskey and stir well.
- Pour into shot cups.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- Float cream on top before serving.
