- 6 ozmilk(steamed, any variety)
- 1 tsphoney(optional)

- Sift matcha powder into a bowl or mug to remove clumps.
- Add hot water and whisk vigorously until smooth and frothy.
- Heat and froth milk.
- Pour frothed milk over matcha mixture.
- Sweeten with honey if desired.
- Dust with additional matcha.
