Tequila Sunrise Jello Shot
A stunning layered shot that recreates the gradient sunset hues of the classic cocktail—cherry red fading into bright orange for a beautiful presentation.
- 1 boxorange gelatin(3 oz box)
- ¾ cupboiling water
- ½ cuptequila blanco
- ½ cupfresh orange juice
- 2 tbspgrenadine
- orange slice, maraschino cherrygarnish
- 1Dissolve orange gelatin in boiling water.
- 2Let cool for 3 minutes.
- 3Add tequila and orange juice, stir well.
- 4Pour into shot cups, filling halfway.
- 5Refrigerate for 30 minutes until partially set.
- 6Add a drizzle of grenadine to each cup - it will sink to create the sunrise effect.
- 7Refrigerate for 3 more hours until fully set.
