Ingredients
- 1½ ozgrappa(white smooth grappa)
- ¾ ozfresh lemon juice
- ½ ozhoney syrup(can infuse with chamomile)
- ½ ozchamomile liqueur
- ½ ozegg white(optional)
- 🍋Lemon zest, white grapes(garnish)
Instructions
- If using egg white, dry shake all ingredients without ice first.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until well chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Express lemon zest over the drink.
- Garnish with lemon zest and skewered white grapes.
- Serve immediately.

Created by Samuele Ambrosi of GrappaRevolution and Leonardo Varesi of Riva Bar, the VE.N.TO became the first grappa-based cocktail on the IBA Official List in 2020. The name combines Veneto (Ve), Trentino (To), and the Italian word for wind (vento), celebrating Italy's premier grappa-producing regions.
