Instructions

  1. Separate egg yolk from white and add yolk to shaker.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Dry shake vigorously without ice for 10 seconds.
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled.
  5. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  6. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
