The Cognac Colada, sometimes called a Henny Colada, substitutes cognac for rum in the classic Piña Colada. This variation gained popularity in hip-hop culture and urban bars, where Hennessy became the cognac of choice. The cognac adds rich notes of dried fruit and oak that complement the tropical flavors beautifully.
