  • 1 ozBlanco tequila
  • ½ ozJägermeister
  • ½ ozYellow Chartreuse
  • ½ ozSimple syrup
  • 1Whole egg
  • 🍋Grated nutmeg(garnish)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice and dry shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  2. Add ice and shake again for 12-15 seconds.
  3. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
