Feni Colada
A Goan twist on the Piña Colada using local cashew or coconut feni instead of rum, showcasing India's only geographically protected spirit in a tropical format.
- 1½ ozwhite rum(Goan cashew feni preferred)
- 1½ ozcoconut cream
- 3 ozpineapple juice
- Pineapple wedge and cherrygarnish
- 1Add feni (or white rum), coconut cream, and pineapple juice to a blender.
- 2Add one cup of crushed ice.
- 3Blend until smooth.
- 4Pour into a hurricane glass.
- 5Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cocktail cherry.
