  • 2 cupApple Cider
  • 1 cupFireball Whiskey

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle gelatin over 1/2 cup cold apple cider and let bloom for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat remaining apple cider until steaming but not boiling.
  3. Whisk hot cider into bloomed gelatin until dissolved.
  4. Let cool for 3 minutes.
  5. Add Fireball whiskey and stir well.
  6. Pour into shot cups.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
  8. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon before serving.
