Ingredients
- 1 ozgalliano
- 1 ozwhite creme de cacao
- 1 ozheavy cream
- 🍋Freshly grated nutmeg(garnish)
Instructions
- Add Galliano, white creme de cacao, and heavy cream to a shaker.
- Fill with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
- Serve immediately.

Created in 1952 at Poor Red's BBQ in El Dorado, California, by bartender Frank Klein. A newly engaged couple asked him to create a celebratory drink to match their gold-colored Cadillac. The cocktail became so popular that Poor Red's became the world's largest consumer of Galliano liqueur.
