Hurricane Jello Shot
Passion fruit punch meets rum power in this New Orleans classic—bright, tropical, and festive enough for any Mardi Gras celebration.
- 1 boxpassion fruit gelatin(or tropical punch gelatin)
- 1 cupboiling water
- ¼ cupdark rum
- ¼ cupwhite rum
- ¼ cuporange juice
- 1 tbspgrenadine
- orange slicegarnish
- 1Dissolve passion fruit gelatin in boiling water.
- 2Let cool for 3 minutes.
- 3Add dark rum, white rum, orange juice, and grenadine.
- 4Stir well to combine.
- 5Pour into shot cups.
- 6Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- 7Garnish with orange slice and cherry before serving.
