Ingredients

  • ¾ ozgin
  • ¾ ozaperol
  • ¾ ozfresh lemon juice
  • ¾ ozginger syrup
  • 6 leavesfresh mint

Instructions

  1. Add mint leaves and all liquid ingredients to a shaker.
  2. Fill with ice and shake until well chilled.
  3. Double-strain through a Hawthorne and fine strainer into a chilled coupe.
  4. Garnish with candied ginger.
