Ingredients

- ¾ ozaperol
- ¾ ozfresh lemon juice
- ¾ ozginger syrup
- 6 leavesfresh mint
Instructions
- Add mint leaves and all liquid ingredients to a shaker.
- Fill with ice and shake until well chilled.
- Double-strain through a Hawthorne and fine strainer into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with candied ginger.
