  • 1½ cupscoconut cream
  • 3 cupspineapple juice
  • ¼ cupfresh lime juice
  • 🍋pineapple wedges and maraschino cherries(garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine rum, coconut cream, and pineapple juice in punch bowl
  2. Add lime juice and stir well until coconut cream is fully incorporated
  3. Add ice
  4. Garnish with pineapple wedges and cherries
  5. Serve over crushed ice

📜 History

The Piña Colada was created in 1954 at the Caribe Hilton in San Juan, Puerto Rico by bartender Ramón 'Monchito' Marrero. It became Puerto Rico's official drink in 1978. This punch version captures all the tropical flavors without a blender.
