Piña Colada Punch
Tropical rum punch with coconut cream and pineapple—vacation in a bowl.
- 2 cupswhite rum
- 1½ cupscoconut cream
- 3 cupspineapple juice
- ¼ cupfresh lime juice
- pineapple wedges and maraschino cherriesgarnish
- 1Combine rum, coconut cream, and pineapple juice in punch bowl
- 2Add lime juice and stir well until coconut cream is fully incorporated
- 3Add ice
- 4Garnish with pineapple wedges and cherries
- 5Serve over crushed ice

The Piña Colada was created in 1954 at the Caribe Hilton in San Juan, Puerto Rico by bartender Ramón 'Monchito' Marrero. It became Puerto Rico's official drink in 1978. This punch version captures all the tropical flavors without a blender.
