Instructions

  1. Combine the Irish whiskey, fresh lemon juice, and honey syrup in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until the shaker is very cold.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
