📜 History
The Spicy Margarita became one of the most-requested variations in American cocktail bars during the 2010s, as bartenders began muddling fresh jalapeño into the classic agave-lime-triple sec formula to add a capsaicin kick alongside the citrus. The technique caught on rapidly and the drink now appears on bar menus across the United States. This zero-proof version applies the same muddled-jalapeño method, replacing the tequila with a non-alcoholic agave spirit alternative and the orange liqueur with a small measure of agave nectar. The result preserves the sweet-spicy-sour balance that made the original a crowd favourite, delivering genuine heat and earthy agave character without any alcohol.
