Bajan Rum Punch

- 4 ozfresh lime juice
- 8 ozsimple syrup
- 16 ozwater
- 8 dashesangostura bitters
- grated nutmeg
- 1Combine rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and water in punch bowl.
- 2Add bitters and stir thoroughly.
- 3Add large block of ice.
- 4Grate fresh nutmeg generously over surface.
- 5Ladle into ice-filled punch cups.
- 6Top each serving with additional nutmeg.
