- 2 ozbacon-infused bourbon(fat-washed with Bentons bacon)
- ΒΌ ozgrade A maple syrup
- 2 dashesAngostura bitters
- πorange peel(garnish)

Instructions
- Combine bacon-infused bourbon and maple syrup and bitters in a mixing glass.
- Add ice and stir for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- Express an orange peel over the drink and drop it in.
