Ingredients

  • 2 ozscotch whisky(100 proof or higher)
  • 2 ozboiling water
  • 1 barspoonhoney
  • 🍋lemon twist(garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat two silver-plated mugs by filling with hot water then empty
  2. Pour hot water into one mug and Scotch into the other
  3. Ignite the Scotch and pour back and forth between mugs
  4. After 4-5 passes pour into serving mug and add honey
  5. Garnish with a lemon twist
