Ingredients

2 ozbrandy
¾ ozfresh lemon juice
¾ ozsimple syrup
2 ozclub soda

Instructions

Add brandy, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously.
Strain into a highball glass without ice.
Top with cold soda water.
Serve immediately while fizzing.
