  • 1 ribboncucumber

Instructions

  1. Prepare a cucumber ribbon by running a vegetable peeler down the length of a cucumber. Drape it around the inside of a large wine glass.
  2. Fill the glass with cubed ice, pressing the cucumber ribbon against the glass wall.
  3. Measure 1.5 oz of functional spirit and pour over the ice.
  4. Add 3 oz of sparkling lemonade, then top with 2 oz of kombucha.
  5. Stir once very gently to combine without losing carbonation.
  6. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and serve immediately.
