Flaming Dr Pepper
A dramatic shot of flaming amaretto dropped into beer that tastes like the soda.
- ¾ ozamaretto
- ¼ ozoverproof rum(151 proof floated on top)
- 8 ozlager beer
- 1Pour beer into a pint glass.
- 2Pour amaretto into a shot glass then carefully float overproof rum on top.
- 3Carefully ignite the rum then quickly drop the shot into the beer to extinguish.
- 4Drink immediately while still fizzing.
