  • ¾ ozhoney syrup 2:1
  • ½ ozfresh lemon juice
  • 4 ozhot water(just off the boil)
  • 🍋lemon wheel and cinnamon stick(garnish)

  1. Warm a heatproof mug by rinsing with hot water.
  2. Add the whisky then honey syrup and lemon juice.
  3. Pour in hot water and stir gently to combine.
  4. Garnish with a lemon wheel and cinnamon stick.
  5. Serve immediately while hot.
