Ingredients
- 2 ozblended scotch whisky
- ¾ ozhoney syrup 2:1
- ½ ozfresh lemon juice
- 4 ozhot water(just off the boil)
- 🍋lemon wheel and cinnamon stick(garnish)
Instructions
- Warm a heatproof mug by rinsing with hot water.
- Add the whisky then honey syrup and lemon juice.
- Pour in hot water and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and cinnamon stick.
- Serve immediately while hot.
