Hot Toddy
A warming whiskey drink with honey and lemon perfect for cold winter nights.
- 2 ozblended scotch whisky
- ¾ ozhoney syrup 2:1
- ½ ozfresh lemon juice
- 4 ozhot water(just off the boil)
- lemon wheel and cinnamon stickgarnish
- 1Warm a heatproof mug by rinsing with hot water.
- 2Add the whisky then honey syrup and lemon juice.
- 3Pour in hot water and stir gently to combine.
- 4Garnish with a lemon wheel and cinnamon stick.
- 5Serve immediately while hot.
