Ingredients

  • ½ ozIrish whiskey
  • ½ ozIrish cream liqueur
  • 8 ozIrish stout(Guinness or similar)

Instructions

  1. Pour the stout into a pint glass and let it settle.
  2. Layer Irish cream over Irish whiskey in a shot glass.
  3. Drop the shot glass into the stout and drink immediately before it curdles.

This bomb shot was created in American Irish pubs in the 1970s or 1980s. It must be consumed quickly before the cream liqueur curdles in the stout.
