Kentucky Colonel Punch
A bourbon and tea punch from the Bluegrass State.
- 16 ozbourbon
- 24 ozblack tea(brewed and chilled)
- 6 ozfresh lemon juice
- 6 ozsimple syrup
- 8 ozpeach nectar
- 6 dashesaromatic bitters
- Mint sprig, lemon wheelgarnish
- 1Brew tea and chill completely.
- 2Combine bourbon, tea, lemon juice, syrup, and nectar.
- 3Add bitters and stir.
- 4Refrigerate until cold.
- 5Pour over large block of ice.
- 6Garnish with mint and lemon.
