- 1 boxlime gelatin(3 oz box)
- ยพ cupboiling water
- ยฝ cupkey lime rum cream
- ยผ cupsweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbspgraham cracker crumbs(for crust)
- ๐whipped cream, graham cracker crumb(garnish)

Instructions
- Place 1 tsp graham cracker crumbs in bottom of each shot cup.
- Dissolve lime gelatin in boiling water.
- Let cool for 3 minutes.
- Add key lime rum cream and sweetened condensed milk.
- Whisk until smooth.
- Pour over graham cracker crumbs in shot cups.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- Top with whipped cream and lime zest before serving.
