Ingredients

  • 1 boxlime gelatin(3 oz box)
  • ยพ cupboiling water
  • ยฝ cupkey lime rum cream
  • ยผ cupsweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbspgraham cracker crumbs(for crust)

Instructions

  1. Place 1 tsp graham cracker crumbs in bottom of each shot cup.
  2. Dissolve lime gelatin in boiling water.
  3. Let cool for 3 minutes.
  4. Add key lime rum cream and sweetened condensed milk.
  5. Whisk until smooth.
  6. Pour over graham cracker crumbs in shot cups.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
  8. Top with whipped cream and lime zest before serving.
