Long Island Iced Tea Jello Shot
Five spirits combine in this notorious party favorite—tastes deceptively like iced tea but packs a serious punch beneath that innocent appearance.
- 1 boxlemon gelatin(3 oz box)
- ½ cupcola(heated)
- ½ cupboiling water
- 2 tbspvodka
- 2 tbspgin
- 2 tbspwhite rum
- 2 tbsptequila
- 2 tbsptriple sec
- lemon wedgegarnish
- 1Dissolve lemon gelatin in boiling water and hot cola.
- 2Let cool for 3 minutes.
- 3Add vodka, gin, rum, tequila, and triple sec.
- 4Stir well to combine.
- 5Pour into shot cups.
- 6Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- 7Garnish with lemon wedge before serving.
