Mai Tai Jello Shot
Tiki bar magic in jiggly form—orgeat, lime, and rum combine in this tropical classic that brings island vibes to every party.
- 1 boxorange gelatin(3 oz box)
- 1 cupboiling water
- ¼ cupwhite rum
- ¼ cupdark rum
- ¼ cuporange curacao
- 2 tbspfresh lime juice
- 1 tbsporgeat syrup
- lime wheel, mint spriggarnish
- 1Dissolve orange gelatin in boiling water.
- 2Let cool for 3 minutes.
- 3Add white rum, dark rum, orange curacao, lime juice, and orgeat.
- 4Stir well to combine.
- 5Pour into shot cups.
- 6Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- 7Garnish with mint sprig before serving.
