Instructions

  1. Combine gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth in punch bowl
  2. Add ice and stir to chill
  3. Add splash of club soda for lightness
  4. Garnish with orange wheels

The Negroni was created in Florence, Italy in 1919 when Count Camillo Negroni asked bartender Fosco Scarselli to strengthen his Americano with gin instead of soda. The equal-parts formula makes it perfectly scalable.
