Instructions
- Place 1 tsp graham cracker crumbs in bottom of each shot cup.
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Whisk in pumpkin puree, condensed milk, and pumpkin pie spice.
- Let cool slightly, then add RumChata.
- Pour over graham cracker crumbs in shot cups.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- Top with whipped cream and cinnamon before serving.
