Ingredients

  • 2 ozorange juice(freshly squeezed)
  • ½ ozfresh lemon juice(freshly squeezed)
  • ½ ozfresh lime juice(freshly squeezed)
  • ¼ ozgrenadine
  • 1 wholeegg yolk(pasteurized recommended)
  • 🍋orange wheel(garnish)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  2. Dry shake vigorously without ice for 15 seconds.
  3. Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
  4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with an orange wheel.

Created in 1920 by Robert Vermeire at the Embassy Club in London. Named after William E. Pussyfoot Johnson, an ardent American Prohibitionist.
