A refreshing pre-Prohibition classic served on crushed ice with brandy, pineapple, and citrus, dressed with seasonal berries.
- 2 ozcognac
- ½ ozpineapple juice
- ½ ozlemon juice
- ½ ozsimple syrup
- Seasonal berries and lemon slicegarnish
- 1Fill a goblet or wine glass with crushed ice.
- 2Add brandy, pineapple juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- 3Stir briefly to combine.
- 4Top with more crushed ice.
- 5Garnish with seasonal berries and a lemon slice.
- 6Serve with a straw.
