  • 🍋sugared lemon wedge(garnish)

Instructions

  1. Rim a shot glass with sugar.
  2. Combine vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the sugared shot glass.
  5. Serve with a sugar-coated lemon wedge as a chaser.

The Lemon Drop was created in the 1970s by Norman Jay Hobday in San Francisco. Named after the sugar-coated lemon candies.
