Ingredients

- ¾ ozsweet vermouth
- ¾ ozwhite creme de menthe

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir for 25-30 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with a fresh mint leaf.

Featured in the 1930 Savoy Cocktail Book, the Cold Deck takes its name from card game slang referring to a stacked deck of cards. The drink's cool mint notes from the crème de menthe give a refreshing edge to the rich brandy and vermouth base.
