Ingredients

  • 2 ozdark rum
  • 4 ozginger beer(to top)
  • ½ ozfresh lime juice(freshly squeezed)
  • 🍋lime wedge(garnish)

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Add dark rum.
  3. Squeeze lime juice over the rum.
  4. Top with ginger beer.
  5. Stir gently to combine.
  6. Garnish with a lime wedge.

The Dark 'n' Stormy originated in Bermuda and is closely associated with Gosling's Black Seal Rum. It became an IBA official cocktail.
