- 3 ozrosé wine
- 1½ ozfresh grapefruit juice
- ½ ozelderflower liqueur
- 1½ ozsoda water
- Grapefruit slicegarnish
- 1Fill a wine glass with ice.
- 2Add rosé wine, grapefruit juice, and elderflower liqueur.
- 3Top with soda water.
- 4Stir gently and garnish with a grapefruit slice.
