Grass Jelly Drink

- 1 cupcold water(or coconut milk)
- 3 tbspsimple syrup
- 1Cut grass jelly into small cubes.
- 2Add cubes to a tall glass.
- 3Pour cold water or coconut milk over jelly.
- 4Add simple syrup and stir gently.
- 5Serve over ice.
