Jallab
A fragrant Middle Eastern drink with date molasses and rose water topped with pine nuts.
- 3 tbspdate molasses
- 1 tsprose water
- 8 ozcold water
- 1 tbsppine nuts(toasted)
- 1 tbspgolden raisins
- 1Combine date molasses and rose water in a tall glass.
- 2Add cold water and stir until well combined.
- 3Fill glass with ice cubes.
- 4Top with toasted pine nuts and golden raisins.
- 5Serve immediately.
