Kamikaze Jello Shot
Sharp lime and smooth vodka create this classic shooter in jiggly form—simple, tart, and satisfyingly boozy.
- 1 boxlime gelatin(3 oz box)
- 1 cupboiling water
- ¼ cupvodka
- ¼ cuptriple sec
- 2 tbspfresh lime juice
- lime wedgegarnish
- 1Dissolve lime gelatin in boiling water.
- 2Let cool for 3 minutes.
- 3Add vodka, triple sec, and lime juice.
- 4Stir well to combine.
- 5Pour into shot cups.
- 6Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- 7Garnish with lime wheel before serving.
