  • 1 ozCampari
  • 1 ozsweet vermouth
  • 🍋orange peel(garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine rum and Campari and sweet vermouth in a mixing glass.
  2. Add ice and stir until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
  4. Express an orange peel over the drink and drop it in.

This rum variation on the Negroni emerged from the craft cocktail scene in the 2010s. Jamaican rum brings pot still funk that pairs surprisingly well with Campari and sweet vermouth.
