Maracujá Mule
A tropical Brazilian twist on the Moscow Mule — cachaça with fresh passion fruit juice, zingy ginger beer, and lime over ice. Effervescent and powerfully fruity.
- 2 ozcachaca
- 2 ozpassion fruit juice
- 4 ozginger beer
- ½ ozfresh lime juice
- Lime wedge and mint spriggarnish
- 1Fill a highball glass or copper mug with ice cubes.
- 2Add the cachaça and passion fruit juice.
- 3Squeeze in the fresh lime juice.
- 4Top with cold ginger beer and stir briefly from the bottom up.
- 5Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprig. Serve immediately.
