Mexican Coffee
A warming coffee cocktail blending tequila with Kahlua and fresh hot coffee, topped with whipped cream and cinnamon.
- 1 ozblanco tequila
- ½ ozkahlua
- 5 ozhot coffee(freshly brewed)
- 1 ozwhipped cream(for topping)
- 1Warm an Irish coffee glass by filling with hot water, then discard.
- 2Add tequila and Kahlua to the warmed glass.
- 3Pour in fresh hot coffee and stir gently.
- 4Top with a generous layer of whipped cream.
- 5Sprinkle ground cinnamon over the cream.
- 6Serve immediately while hot.
