Instructions

  1. Heat chocolate milk until steaming.
  2. Dissolve gelatin in hot chocolate milk.
  3. Let cool for 3 minutes.
  4. Add vodka, Kahlua, and Baileys.
  5. Stir well to combine.
  6. Pour into shot cups.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
  8. Drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.
